It’s officially fall and I’m looking forward to sweater weather, colorful fall leaves, crisp frosty mornings, warm teas and ciders, cozy blankets, and earthy autumn smells.

I don’t know about you but when those cooler temperatures and shorter days set in I covet cozy moments in our farmhouse.  I’ve put together some luxurious fall finds for the equestrian home.

Here’s a fun little guide to creating a welcoming, cozy, with a little bit of luxury, peaceful, quiet, moment at home.

LIGHT A CANDLE

Marco & Co candles are inspired by the equestrian lifestyle.  Their first collection includes aromas that are rich and earthy.   The scents include:  Mountain Trail Ride, In The Stables, Western Saddle, and Ocean Ride.  Everything about these candles say luxury.  They are created in Australia and are soy-based, not tested animals, are vegan friendly, and have a burn time of up to 50 hours.

TREAT YOURSELF TO A BIT OF CHOCOLATE ON A BEAUTIFUL TRAY

John Derian creates the most elegant handmade decoupage trays using his collection of 18th and 19th-century prints.  His collection of equine trays are simply lovely and a beautiful addition to any home.  These trays are handmade in his New York City studio.

Teuscher chocolates of Switzerland have been one of the world’s best for over 80 years! Their chocolate is so rich in flavor and texture so creamy they just melt in your mouth.  They’ve been known to make animal chocolates including a horse.

SIP A WARM CUP OF TEA

When there is a chill in the air there is nothing better than a delicious cup of tea.  Mariage Freres has 150 years of experience blending magnificent teas.  Their tea is perfect for fall with its spicy, fruity aroma.

GET YOUR HANDS ON A STUNNING COFFEE TABLE BOOK

The Equestrian World is a glorious book filled with stunning photography.  The cover has a luxurious, almost leather-like texture, that you’d be proud to display in your home.  Get lost in over 200 pages of pure equestrian goodness including horse shows, famous riders, and saddleries.

Equestrian Life:  From Riding Houses to Country Estates celebrates the equestrian life and upscale horse farm living in England, Scotland, and Ireland.  This book has lavish country life written all over it.  Chic equestrian decor fills the pages and it is a true treat for your horse loving senses!

WRAP YOURSELF IN A COZY THROW

This wool-cashmere throw by Adamsbro is sure to add a bit of luxury to your favorite sitting corner. The pattern detail of bits and leather is sure to be cherished by any horse lover.  This throw comes in three fall-friendly colors and is a product of Sweden.

If you really feel like treating yourself splurge on the Hermes Avalon Throw Blanket in classic orange.  No explanation needed.  Hermes is just pure luxury!
